For sale is my vintage Railmaster, the second generation reference 135.004 after the 2914. It's an early 1964 production according to the Extract of the Archives. I believe the dauphine hands are original to the watch; the crown may not be (I am unsure as to whether the Naiad crown was originally fit to the 135.004) but it appears to be period-correct at the very least. The crystal features the skinny Omega logo and may be original. The movement is the proper Cal. 286 and is very clean, serviced a little bit more than a year ago though I apologize for the lack of receipts. Still has its original anti-magnetic dust cover and caseback spacer fitted. The outer caseback has a couple of scratches, but the hippocampus and Railmaster text are extremely clear. The case has a couple of small scratches but is in generally very good shape, with strong bevels on both sides and thick lugs. Please note this is a 19mm lug width. The dial lume is slightly degraded but has a nice yellow patina to it. My asking price is USD $7,500 which includes fully insured express shipping. I prefer bank wire, but am flexible with PayPal for US buyers - sorry, PayPal takes too many liberties with exchange rates and extra fees for international buyers. Returns will be accepted within 3 days of receipt. I am a watch collector, not a dealer, and please note the photos are part of the description. I'm selling this watch because I haven't worn it in a while and strongly believe that all watches should be worn and enjoyed regularly, not hidden away in safes as investments. While I would strongly prefer to keep this watch, it's more important to me that it be enjoyed.
