Just found this watch and was wondering if anyone knew the history behind it. It obviously has a ranchero dial, but no ranchero or seamaster markings on it. Just the Omega logo. It also doesn't appear to be in the correct case. Any info behind this would be much appreciated!!

A "Hello guys" would have been nice.

So this remains a welcome to you.

My initial thought is that this is a redialed franken watch.

Stay away...

Case and hands look about like my early 50s 30T2 SC

And sadly that鈥檚 probably what it was before it got a shiny new fantasy dial.

Well, a decent refinish trumps a crappy refinish. Choices are dumping it or perhaps a factory service with refinish.

Or, I guess a person could search for a dial....
