    Sorry, i've just missed the text:

    I got an Omega watch from my grandfather.
    He actually does not know anything about it.
    Based on the picture could you please help me?

    • Is the movement an original Omega movement (I do not see any serial number on it � maybe below the dial).
    • Is this an original Omega dial?
    • Does it make sense the renewing the case?

    Original Omega movement, maybe 1920's? Serial number is likely under the dial.

    Probably not an original dial.

    These are common conversions done in Eastern Europe. Very little collector value.

    As pocket watches are not shockproof, the balance staffs break quite often, resulting in expensive repairs.
