I’m a fan of the Uncle Seiko GL831, pictured on my Planet Ocean 8900. This is a 21mm, but this strap is also available in 20mm.

Are you looking for rubber ? The Christopher Ward Hybrid is very good quality and looks great on the PO2500. Very comfortable, Inspired by some modern PO straps.
Topic style also works very well. Several inexpensive options available from Watchgecko. Bulang and Sons have a great quality one too.

Another option I like are the Crown and Buckle Chevrons, also great quality and a better alternative to Natos, IMO.

Yeah I have it on an ISOFRANE now, thinking of changing to Tropic.

Thanks.
