Well it appears an honest piece. It is not a redial. The rotor appears to be just starting to slightly rub the case back. A good watch maker can take care of that, probably needs a service anyway. The 564 is a great movement. The case has the bumps and dings of its age, but it does not appear polished and that is good. I would not worry about the over polished bracelet, probably did not come on it. A nice strap would enhance the watch.
+ 1 to what @cicindela says, not a redial to my eye. Stars on caseback in very lovely shape too. Minute hand missing the Lume, otherwise a nice one.
I quite like this one too. Not pristine but nice all the same. The dial may have been cleaned as there are a couple of minute 'ticks' missing Bracelet definitely not correct. Needs a nice 19mm strap. Good luck if you bid.

It tends to sit in the case back on the round cases Connies - which is where it is in this one. But the watch will need a service anyway - so should be replaced then.
