Case is severely overpolished - original lines are all gone and lugs are misshapen. Not clear also if the bracelet is an original omega or aftermarket. And of course there are the blemishes to the dial.

They have this listed as from the 1970s...I'm pretty sure, the dial anyway, is 1950s. The watch case, crown, hands and dial furniture look rose but that bracelet sure looks yellow to me, just saying.

All true! But... with this style of bracelet it is almost impossible to know if it is an original omega unless it is stamped with the omega symbol. Usually they aren't from what I've seen. When you factor in the value of the bracelet alone though this is still an excellent price!

As an example, I just sold a 14k version of one of these bracelets for $1,100US on Ebay. What's an 18k version worth, say $1,500US. Means you get the watch head for under $2,000US......

But who would want it in that condition? Cheap isn't the reason collectors buy watches. Condition is. Give me a nice condition watch for cheap and I'll get the squirrel to dance.
