I am about in the possession of a pretty rare square case moonphase OJ 3944.

Problem is, crystal may be in need of a change and I am unsure where I can find one... I tried my regular omega part dealer, but he is out of them.

I am wondering if there is any guru here who can help me in this quest?

Would appreciate any part number to narrow down, or a direct lead to buy this or in the luckiest scenario, someone has a spare to sell it to me directly!

No longer available, and I think Omega had to have these made custom in the recent past based on the part number being quite odd and the description given...

You can keep looking, but I would suggest that you consider looking for a generic crystal as well, since this has no tension ring a generic should work fine given the right dimensions.
