Omega OEM strap or not?

Appreciate your thoughts on this strap. The owner bought it online about eight years ago. The strap looks like genuine leather and the stitching looks good, but I am not sure if that ref. number aligns to a blue/orange strap. Also,
I don't recall Omega making a black deployant clasp from stainless steel - but of course stand to be corrected. Number stamped on clasp is 94521951 and JAH 4 also stamped on it.

What's your call on the strap and the clasp?

When I search on 94521951 on the Omega Extranet, I get "no results found"...

When I search on either 98000443 or 98000448, I get either a bright purple strap with plastic insert at the lugs, or a black strap with red stitching.

I'm going to say that nothing here is genuine based on those results...
