my brother bought a 007 in his AD but doesn't know what these numbers are handcrafted on the back on the plastic.
EDIT; I have deleted the numbers because they are serial numbers of the watch, question solved.

Is that writing on top of the plastic sticker?? Looks like someone took out a Sharpie and wrote either on or under the sticker on the caseback. Once the plastic is removed, the "rare numbers" will go as well..........either as they are part of the sticker or easily erased if they are on the caseback itself. Why didn't your brother ask the AD why someone wrote on it rather than folks on this forum?? Seems the "mystery" could have been solved there and then......cheers!

it's written on top of the plastic, it came to the AD this way from Switzerland, they had no idea in the AD

That's some AD. It'll come off when your brother removes the plastic sticker. Seems like nothing more than as it was being prepared for shipping, someone marked it so as to not mix it up with the wrong paperwork and warranty cards.

I wouldn’t overthink it; it’s probably an identifier for Omega or the AD. The number will disappear once you peel the sticker anyway.
