Tried on reddit, noone knows, tried in official boutique, they have no idea, tried official Omega contact, they replied that boutique already helped me -_-.
In short, my watch between lugs have 20mm, bought official Omega NATO strap at Omega website and chosen 20mm, strap was 19mm actually because i didnt notice that on checkout it sayed 19-20mm (19 in reality). It was fraying beign brand new so i sent it back.

Then realised there is 20mm version in Omega catalogue, confirmed on Omega website that there is only 20mm version of black nato and in checkout its also 20mm... turned out its 19mm also.
Do Omega nylon NATO strap actually exist in 20mm? Or official catalogue have error, website have error and clients are misinformed about theirs transaction/shopping?

Everything on screen below to confirm what im saying:

also ordered strap with part number ending 2083 have engraved on strap part number ending 2084

I have several Omega NATO for my 300M with a 20mm lug width. I ordered the 19-20mm version for all, they fit perfectly and still look brand new, no fraying etc. I think it would fairly normal to have the strap be slightly smaller width-wise than the actual lug width of the watch.

I would think that too probably, but to choose color i actually want i ordered before that from china couple NATO straps for $2 each 20mm (exactly 20mm) and they fitted perfectly. I was wearing them for at least 1,5 week and got used to that size. Then ordered official one and i saw it was not fitting perfectly (sometimes i see a bit of spring-bar).
Long story short, now using official 19mm on my 20mm between size, got used to that look and everything is OK but if there would be actual 20mm official Omega NATO strap i would choose that one, because it would match perfectly.

Also this whole confusion and wrong size'ing in official catalogue or website is weird/not professional as i would expect from luxury brand. (love my Omega tho 馃榾)

The answer to your question is posted here;

You would have to choose 21mm or wait till it will be available again, I noticed the black nato with black keepers has multiple versions available where the 19/20mm versions have the same partno. and the 21/22mm as well.
I red this topic and im not sure what i would prefer actually, probably what i got now so 19mm fitted on my 20mm between instead ordering 21/22 which is at least 21mm or 22mm on my between 20mm because in this topic i saw that excess material not looking good too 馃槣.

Taking into consideration there might be variations in Omega website between the US version (what I see) and Omega sites available in other countries, I find how they list the NATO options quite simple. If your watch has a 19mm or 20mm lug spacing you order the 19-20 and if it is 21mm or 22mm lug spacing you order the 21-22. It keeps the selection process quite simple and reduces the number of SKUs they would have to make for each color/design.

I believe the 19-20mm straps are actually 19.5mm, or an in between size. Looking at your picture on the ruler, the left side is shifted a little and is covering the 0 line, not aligned. If you shift it, I think you鈥檇 measure 19.5. I have worn one on a 20mm Seamaster Pro and an 19mm Speedmaster FOIS. It looked fine to me. There might have been the tinniest gap on the 20mm, and slight bunching on the 19mm, but it wasn鈥檛 that off putting unless one is looking for the minutest defect. I鈥檝e had 20mm straps from other brands that have a bigger gap.
