I just have to say, I think Omega did a great job this year. I'm a sucker for a white dial and I'm really digging the new Seamaster with the black bezel.

I have seen some real life photos of the white SMP and it seems like the waves are nonexistent! Still think the grey dial is the best of them all!

I really want to love the White Face/Black Bezel and the White Face/Orange Bezel watches but I keep finding little things that aren't my favorite.

On the Black/White I really wish they had done the face without the waves. I love the look of a clean white face (like the Polar face on the Rolex Explorer II). I think this would appeal to me more without the waves.

On the Orange/White I am very worried about the readability of the watch with white hands on the white face. I really want to see this watch in person to get a better feeling on the readability as well as the actual orange color of the bezel (which looks a bit more reddish to me).

This would be GREAT news is the waves are very subtle. I can't wait to see it in person!

The white does look great! Now if they would get rid of the HEV that would be even better!

World timer is beautiful abd very technical for the price

Agree on the divers although not quite my thing

The city boutique pieces earlier were stunning

We may see a steel LE speedy this year that references the true moonwatch. No CK announced yet so something different may follow

Not forgetting the bond watch which might be this year and judging by on set photos might be very nice too.

Agreed. Not trying to be a contrarian, or rain on anyone's parade, but this year, the money stays happily in the wallet.

Agreed. The white dialed SMP is honestly the only watch released that I actually like. I just wish it would have been a plain white dial and no red letters or seconds hand.

Why can't we have a clean black and white? That would make the watch as versatile as the Speedy.

2019 Omega highlights for me, based on watch releases announced so far:

All moonshine gold Speedy 50th LE, Seamaster City Editions, SS Tresor in Blue, black ceramic no-date SMP300, white dial SMP300, Aquaterra Worldtimer on bracelet.

None of the above are in my shopping list, but if I was starting a new collection from scratch I would probably have been tempted to purchase something from this list and I think Omega will do well with this new collection.

Within a similar price range, the new 2019 watches below seem to be better pieces for my personal collection:
Breitling AOPA Navitimer re-issue, IWC Spitfire Chronograph, Cartier Santos-Dumont

I think I've got a pilot watch itch to scratch...

plenty of trending notes on these new models, but the classic element is severely lacking :(

I’ve been a bit disappointed with the new 300M line, but I’m absolutely in love with the newly announced Sedna gold version. Not sure I could justify the expense, but at least I can drool! 87A680D8-BAAF-4B75-98B2-C9043B5167F4.jpeg

My favorite white face Omega so far is the Speedy Racing. But this new black bezel Seamaster might be a better choice.
