For now, all I can say is that it's a 1950's ladies 18K Omega watch that's missing a hand. Omega made literally hundreds of models of small ladies' "cocktail" watches back then. Very few have value in excess of the gold in the cases and bands. Hope this helps, gatorcpa
That's a little better. Caliber 244. Movement was made around 1954-55. Lots of rust in there, so please don't run the movement without getting a watchmaker to inspect and/or clean it up. gatorcpa
