LOL, fun comments so far…
It’s an Omega wristwatch from the late 1930s. Needs a service and new crystal, possibly a new crown (looks original but very worn). Obviously a well worn watch, but also has some old watchmaker service marks — so taken care of to some extent, sometime.
I don’t know the reference (model). It appears small by modern standards; is it? Hard to comment on the dial condition without a better picture, but it looks reasonably good from what I can see. Case is okay except for the 11 o’clock lug, which looks aggressively polished compared to the others.
Definitely a collectable watch and imho worth rescuing, particularly if there is any sentimental value in play.
