Hello everyone, I'm here to ask you information about this Omega CK2444.
I'm not a vintage expert, especially in Military Watches, but I would like to buy this Omega.
So could you help me by providing me with information and opinions regarding the originality of this CK244?
Sorry about the photos but I just have these.

Try to get one straight from above dial shot in FOCUS ! With the writing under 6 visible. Apart from that, someone invested time to clean it up the right way. So far, looks ok. Look up the movement number in the known bracket for Omega WWW and report back.

It's hard to see much detail in photos from either source, but it does resemble the CK2444 in the Omega vintage database, which is dated to 1945. Movement serial number is also a match for 1944. The "1961" engraving seems a bit odd, but I have no idea what was common in the Malaysian Armed Forces at that time.
