Looking at getting some 20mm mesh. First off- where can I even get it? Preowned is all I can think of. My wrist is about 6 inches. Here is a pic of how long the bracelet is sized for my wrist. You guys think it'd look good on this watch, and is it size able down to my girth? Cheers.
I think so, it can go pretty small, but in a pinch you could probably get a watchmaker to cut it down even further if needed.
I have the seatbelt style clasp and with a roughtly 7.25" wrist I'm on the last hole when the mesh is mounted to my 2254. The first hole looks to be roughly 3/4" smaller. I'm not sure the difference in lug to lug distance from the 2254 to your Aqua Terra, but I doubt it's more than 1/4" so the mesh will probably be too large for you. As recommended above, a good jeweler can definitely cut off a few link ends at the clasp mount end. It wouldn't be reversible but you can always purchase extension pieces in case someone else wears it in the future
Genuine Omega mesh and buckle is going to be expensive but if you are prepared to buy non Omega then the Strapcode option looks pretty appealing with its mesh and seatbelt type clasp, also available in various lengths. http://www.strapcode.com/store/19mm...atbelt-strap-brushed-p-2450.html#.VkwmjL-puA0 My AT on Omega mesh strap
Don't listen to them. Mesh isn't for everyone but I'm a fan and if you like it then that's all that matters.
as the above guy said don't take it to heart if people say they don't like it as long as you like it all that matters dude
Thanks for the opinions. I can understand that it looks better on a SMP but I personally dig it on my watch so I'm gonna rock it [emoji41]
ps how do you like your no date sub? I am thinking about getting either the no date, date, hulk or dark knight but cant decide
Love it. Have tried the 114060 but the 14060M was a much better size. Less love handles. The sub is a great daily wear watch and I'm super happy about buying it.
Tell me this doesn't look good!!!!! [emoji41][emoji41][emoji41] Here are some comparisons just for fun.
