    Hello,
Can someone tell me if the plexiglass for the166.072 is the same as for the 166.071 case ?

@Archer, whilst we are taking about memomatic?
What Omega case ref is interchangeable with Lemania ref 9751.
Finally where to find/buy either one?

Edited for clarity! Not had sufficient coffee to express myself clearly.

    Many thanks
    Pat

Not something I've ever looked into - what has your research shown?

I have found that with the help of @Northernman that one of the cases used in the Omega Memomatic range is identical to the Lemania 9751
I am therefore wondering what is the Omega reference is for the case is?
    Where might one find one?

At the bottom of Clarky's post you'll see the following quote...

"And the late case case shape with the larger chamfer, case reference 166.072 also comes in the same dial options as the 166.071 This case was also used by Lemania with their version of the memomatic with a single center alarm setting disc."

    ...followed by two images.

    From this thread
    http://www.christopherwardforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=23243

Is 166.072 not the reference of the whole watch? (ie Including the case I am interested in.)
How to distinguish between the two? (ie Whole ref for watch and case)

    Cheers
    Patrik

    The answer is right there...

Where to find one? eBay, watch sites, etc. I would guess? I'm not a dealer/reseller of watches so I really don't have any contacts for who might have them - maybe post a WTB in the appropriate section here.

    Cheers, Al
