Omega Medicus 1939 genuineness

The pictured watch is an 1939 Omega Medicus with a replaced (not original) second hand. Are the two other hands replaced as well or are they original? What do you think on the crown? Does it look original? Probably the plexi is not original as well. Could you comment on it, please? What do you think on the dial or any other parts? Thank you for your kind help in advance.

IMHO the dial and h+m hands are original, can´t comment on the crown but does not look unreasonable
