I just traded a suspicious looking watch and wondered if anyone had an opinion on it.

Cal 564 movement with a 1 within the Ω and defaced last 5 digits of the serial number. Constellation dial, plain 166.027 case back.

bracelet is a 1068 No:12. 654 end pieces that might be but don't look original to the watch.

I got it at the same time as another identical 564, this time a blue dialed Genève with what seems to be a fake bracelet marked JAPAN and unfinished side pieces.

    Pics would be useful
But a Connie with a 564 should be a 168xx and have the observatory on the back

Thanks, that was the sort of info I was looking for AND i did tell the seller that I couldn't imagine a Constellation without an observatory on the back at the same time as I was showing him the 564 movemented Genève with the made in mysterious Japan on the Omega-marked bracelet.

I dont suppose we'll ever find out if it is anotherGenève on which someone has stuck a Con dial or a Connie which has lost its back.

Did the Genèves really come with 24 jewel 4 adjs movements?!
