Did Anyone seen this type of Mark II dial ?

Stepped subdials rather then engine turned.

    Prototype perhaps ?

    Any info would be great

    Thanks in advance

It was in Mark II case with movement which Have R engraved before short number which from past I remember being replacement movement. Case been over polished and looks all put together.

Well I do not know anything, but it smells legit from here.
Of course could be completely wrong.

Edit: By legit I mean a strong Omega connection, perhaps even a Pr050type!!
    Well proto dial....

It was for movements that were replaced, likely due to extensive damage to the movement.

Looks legit to me as well.

The back is correct and fonts are correct for 1976 and earlier.

    Where it came from???
