@Archer I was wondering if the Sedna did not have a lower paint layer and bleed through to the chapter ring/rehaut like the op’s
Thank you very much Arche, you have opened my eyes, I can finally say with complete certainty that the watch has not been manipulated thanks to you; with the example of the Sedna... all its production, the tachymetra scale has that golden color. In the Mark II, Co-Axial, it has not happened like this... I don't know, of course something has happened to mine.

It's evidently clear that only the luminous strip was not pasted on your watch from inside tachemetre bezel; therefore, the orange colour from underneath is visible on bezel and also no lumes on tachemetre scale at all. There is perhaps no confusion now.
