Worthwhile mentioning "Omega Saga" which was published by Omega (French only) and Omega Designs by Anton Kreuzer.

Are any of the books in a cheaper price range. That moonwatch only book is £200.

That's a bargain compared to AJTT. The others are cheaper but nowhere near as good.

I s'pose I should add the Ploprof book, while it is more Seamaster than Speedmaster related, for completeness, but also some George Daniels book as well for those looking at more modern Omega collectables.

    Thanks for sharing.

I've really been meaning to dive in deep into educating myself about speedmasters. Not just the basics, but the detailed ins and outs. I've never been much of an Omega guy, but the speedmaster greatly deserves my respect. Is there a particular book you would recommend to begin this journey?
