It is indeed a redial but if you post it on the Military Watch Ressource forum people there can tell you if it is a so-called "MOD" dial, which is a redial done by "Ministry of Defence" watchmakers in the normal course of the life of the watch.
Less valuable than if the dial were original, but considered "legit" in terms of collecting military watches because those redials are part of the normal life of the watch.

PS -one thign to look at very attentively, with brighter and clearer pictures, is the condition of the lugs and whether they have any cracks. Right now you will note they look intact, and they are characteristically long (and beautiful) lugs. For that reason they are prone to breaking as they are made of cheap alloy due to war shortages. So you need to ensure there are no existing cracks or flaws with better pictures if you can.
