Came across this but it doesn't have the outer track compared to others I have seen. Is this a redial?

I'm no expert but I would say yes. Several of the numerals look pretty wonky with varying thickness, especially the 5, 6, and 9. The minute track also has several inconsistencies, longer and shorter around 9 o'clock and tilted past the 6. This could be an effect of the domed crystal but I don't think so.

It is indeed a redial but if you post it on the Military Watch Ressource forum people there can tell you if it is a so-called "MOD" dial, which is a redial done by "Ministry of Defence" watchmakers in the normal course of the life of the watch.
Less valuable than if the dial were original, but considered "legit" in terms of collecting military watches because those redials are part of the normal life of the watch.
    Best regards

PS -one thign to look at very attentively, with brighter and clearer pictures, is the condition of the lugs and whether they have any cracks. Right now you will note they look intact, and they are characteristically long (and beautiful) lugs. For that reason they are prone to breaking as they are made of cheap alloy due to war shortages. So you need to ensure there are no existing cracks or flaws with better pictures if you can.

The Military Watch Resource (MWR) is here: https://www.mwrforum.net/forums/forumdisplay.php?2-Main-Forum

I also recall that some surplus military watches were redialed before being resold through Bravingtons, but then yours would also have had "Bravingtons" engraved on the caseback. The good folks on MWR will know more about this.
