Omega Gold Medallion

Good morning people!
I'm new to the forum and I take this opportunity to introduce myself and say hello to all of you.
I would like to ask you a question: I have a gold Medal/coin from an Omega Speedmaster and I can't find much information about it. It measures 45mm and weighs 35 grams. Limited Edition of 1.000 Units.
I would appreciate any input from you.

No relationship with Omega or Speedmaster,IMO; It's a simple commemorative medal made by Unoaerre for Numismatica Italiana.
