There is nothing wrong with setting the time backward. That won't break it. How long had you owned it when it stopped working? Is it still under warranty?

Only had it 2 weeks...the movement seems jammed/stuck...it stopped on a flight back from Bali and I'm in complete panic mode...thanks for your response of course, but really worried!

Can you help me get some more info about the watch?

Bet you had a lovely holiday in Bali mate, did you wear your new Geneve whist swimming? If so you may have trouble getting Parkers to repair under warranty . . .

Nope...the watch was in the safe, cool and well safe whilst in Bali....Parkers seem like decent people. It was an engagement gift so it's critical to get it working.

Yip, I live in Sheffield so will be visiting them on Saturday. I hope that I can get it sorted. Do you know how I can find some more info on this watch?

Thanks so much for your help guys...
