Definitely not fake, dial looks OK too from this photo, not sure about the condition of the case from this pic though, the top left lug does not look great though it may be the photo.

Looks ok oversll, but not sure about the marker at 6, it doesnt match the rest of the dial furniture to me

I have seen similar dials on these, but the 6 O’c marker was a “6”

That is because the watch you pictured is an automatic and the OP's watch is a manual wind. It is a totally different watch with a different case reference and the dials would not be compatible. But both were part of the "Geneve" line.

OP's watch looks original to me, but I think the plating was polished off part of the lugs.

Fantastic guidance gents, thank you so much. I decided to buy this timepiece as it was offered to me at 250USD which I thought was quite fair despite the overopolished case. The movement is perfect, mechanically it seems flawless.
