I just picked up this watch in apparently very lightly worn condition. A relatively rare Canadian market only model with case reference 165.0041 and the better 552 calibre which dates it to 1968 in the database. I've seen a few others for sale or sold but they all have a case reference 131.019 with the 601 calibre.

So is this an even rarer automatic version of this model? Performs well after a servicing, observed a 2 s increase over 24 hrs. More stories later.

Is the lume working for awhile after you remove it from the light?

If so I’ve got some bad news for you.

 

It fades quite quickly but the camera sensor is much more sensitive than the eye.
