Today I have for you a very nice vintage Omega Geneve TV dial Day/Date ref. 166.0188 with cal. 1022. The main feature of the watch is the red spiderweb dial which has different shades depending on the lightning conditions. It can go from bright red to a dark burgundy. Case: In very good condition with only a few hairline swirls on the polished areas. I do not believe it was polished. The dial side is brushed and the sides are mirror polished. Diameter is 35mm and 40mm lug to lug. Lug size is 20mm. The caseback is signed. Dial and Hands: Spiderweb red dial, the hands are in mint condition (the lume is weak but still glows a little). Glass: Original Omega plexi glass signed in the middle with superficial scratches. Movement: Cal. 1022 with day and date complications. The days displayed are in German. It was serviced last month and I will inclose the service paper received from my watchmaker. Crown: Signed Omega crown. Band: Generic new black leather strap. Price: $345 or the equivalent in EUR. Shipping is not included. The watch is located in Romania/Europe. Returns are not accepted unless the watch is not as described. Just a thought but it may help your chances of a sale if you say where in the world the watch is located as for many buyers the fear of import duties will be putting them off. A bit of certainty on that score may help.
