Omega Geneve 18K Rose Gold Watch - 2903? Vintage

Hi,

I'm curious to find out what model number my vintage Omega watch is, it has been passed down to me from my great uncle.

The closest I could find was this model: https://omegaforums.net/threads/vintage-1958-omega-geneve-2903-18k-gold.134142/

But, the difference is as you can see in the photos that that it has 9, 12, 3 on the dial instead of all arrows.

Any help is much appreciated!

Nice watch looks in good condition relatively unpolished. Get watchmaker to open back all info on inside Caseback
Will look good with new crystal the crazing won’t polish out much.
Don’t let anyone polish it!

So the same reference can have different dials, yours does appear to in fact be a 2903.

Here is another example in yellow gold with the same dial.

And I will say again DO NOT polish the case, you can never get that beautiful patina back.

There are lots of references with this type of dial - so it’s the case that matters.

I think the hands might have been swapped. Would have expected faceted hands IMO, not flat

Did your Grandfather visit Portugal? The ding on the top left lug might be a Portuguese import mark, although it does seem a bit larger than what they normally look like.
