·I have for sale one of the nicest Omega Geneve watchs available at a stunning price!
The watch is reference 166.041, gold plated, caliber 565 (24 jewel, date, quickset) last serviced two years ago. When received by me, my watchmaker removed some particulate schmutz and fibers from inside the watch, replaced crown, crown tube, crystal, and case back gasket, all with the proper Omega parts.
It is for these reasons that I will not remove the caseback. If you feel the need to see the movement, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required and my watchmaker will remove the caseback, take the movement picture, and replace it. The fee compensates him for his time and replacement of the caseback gasket.
On to the pictures!
Flawless pearlescent dial. You can see that the watch has the original factory graining, somewhat worn in spots. We decided to leave as is. Everything is in excellent, used condition, as you can see.
1153 Fix-O-Flex bracelet. These bracelets are ridiculously easy to resize. Not only do you receive the bracelet on the watch, there are pieces of a second bracelet, should you want to add more links!
Side view showing the graining in the case and the new crown. Those u-shaped links come out to resize the bracelet.
Include is this period correct OEM strap. Too short for me, so fits a woman, child, or small man.
Back side of the strap. That B on the buckle means Banda is the OEM.
I did not have the movement serviced, just "touched up a bit" and some parts replaced. The watch is running very well right now but my watchmaker will not take it back for any sort of warranty, and therefore, neither will I. You are encouraged to get the movement serviced soon upon receipt.
Paypal Friends and Family or you pay the fees. I can accept credit card payments. Shipping included insured for the full purchase price in USA. Outside USA, actual cost and I do not lie on declarations.
I have enjoyed wearing this watch but I have a KO 2627 coming back to me and I also have a KX 6275, and those are pretty fancy as gold watches go, so this one needs a new home!
Tom
PS as I was posting, I noticed that what I thought was a clean watch... wasn't. I will clean before I send. Any "flaws" you see that you are unsure of, let me know.
