Up for sale is a very nice 35mm Omega Gèneve with handwinding calibre 613. The reference is 136.070, and the serial number on the movement dates this watch to 1970.
The case is largely unpolished, and still shows sharp edges. It has scuffs and scratches throughout as can be seen in the photos. The caseback says "waterproof" on the outside, and has the reference number and Omega logo on the inside. Original Omega signed crown. Operation is smooth and without problems. The domed acrylic crystal is in decent shape but has two visible scuffs (not cracks) around the 1 o' clock area.
The dial is original and in an acceptable vintage state, lightly discolored with (dust?) particles throughout but these are only well visible from certain angles. The dial overall still looks good. Very minimal degradation on the hour indices and hands, these are still in good vintage condition. The tritium luminescent paint has darkened.
The movement is the high quality manual calibre Omega 613. It currently runs well but service history is not known. A check-up at the watchmaker is therefore recommended if the watch will be worn regularly. It features a date function (see below for quick-set instructions).
