Quite the attention seeking title please forgive me.
I’m going to Gibraltar next week for work, lived there 20 years ago serving for the military so looking forward to it.
While jumping down my various rabbit holes I found this.

My son 13 in Oct is starting to love watches, bought a few vintage for him but thinking of this as a special gift.
Checked Chrono24 and watch reconn etc for prices myself so if I could get this for £1500 am I doing ok?
More pictures and link below.

thanks in advance.

Mine says 'Hi'. I think for 1500 Pounds, you're doing just fine! I picked mine up, oddly enough, a year ago to the day for more, but mine has the bracelet, so I think it lines up with what I paid. Wonderful piece, and a stunning gift for your son!

The price is in range, no bargain. But: picking it up in Gibraltar saves you the Vat and for your Son this is something to remember you . And that's priceless.

Thanks for the wrist shot, gives me a much better perspective. Yours looks great on the steel.
