Hi folks, a dealer offered me this piece and I would like to hear opinios if it worths 1,55k.

Its an honest watch, but the movement ( well what you can see of it) has been worked on by a gorilla - rust, terrible mangled screw heads etc. There is lume missing ( blue 24 hr hand) and not sure if the red hands are correct ( not an expert on these)

Biggest red falg is the movement - why isnt there a photo of the WHOLE movement ?

So unless you can see this, you will have no clue what else is wrong

 

Thx Sherbie, he also have another one, maybe he could change the blue hand for this other one, I asked more movement photos and will post here.

 

It is always better to pay up for a stellar example than get a "Deal" on a mediocre one...

Both of these watches look very tired and unappealing (to me at least).
Not the kind of vintage watch I would like to buy, or recommend others to buy..

And i forgot to mention - these are massive, and get lots of knocks - just look at the case / lug nick on the second watch you posted ( bottom right lug)

These sit high on the wrist as well
