Hello:
I am German but I live on the Pacific Coast of Nicaragua. Started getting interested in Omega Seamasters a few years ago.
Here is my little quartz ensemble:

Next on the list (but a lot harder to locate as I am finding out): Seamaster Quartz 120m Plongeur de Luxe:

What Ref is the SMP on the RHS of the first photo? Is it some kind of Japanese market special or a mod? I’ve not seen that combo of hands and bezel before.

Just noticed it’s your Avatar watch also.

Bienvenido and welcome!

Nice SM collection! ... Would it be San Juan del Sur on the background?

Yessir. Living here since +20 years. You must know it pretty well if you can recognize it from the blurry background

I loved it but I hope you have air con. I think I was the hottest there of anywhere I’ve been in the world!

There are much hotter spots in central Nicaragua. Our farm is pretty high up and we get crosswinds year round. I actually haven't slept in AC in over 20 years. I really prefer it now. No blocked nose and dry throat 😀
Also haven't locked any doors in 20 years - actually I don't think I have a key to my house, but four big dogs help with that

I'm actually from Nicaragua though living in Belgium for decades too 😀

I've been going back almost on a yearly basis... Though I haven't been to San Juan for a few years. We usually go to Popoyo instead. I prefer it, less touristic

Last time, we went to el Ostional, and Playa Coco too. I'd like to go back to Ometepe as well. It's been a few years as well.

Last year, we mainly stayed in near Managua, and visited family in Chontales. We just chilled and enjoy "gallo pinto", Victorias, and pinolillo 😀

Sorry just saw this. Stop by in San Juan on your next trip. Always nice to meet people in person
