I made the decision to sell this Omega f300Hz DeVille.
Since I got it, I bought another F300Hz Geneve, and I don’t need two Tuning forks watches.
When I bought this watch, it was not working .. 15 minutes ahead in less than a day + the date not moving. I made contact with Rob (Thailand) and with Theo in Germany. Although I am convinced that Rob is very qualified, I sent the watch to Germany because of the hassle to get it back from Thailand (paperwork, customs duties ..).
Theo is also very qualified in this type of watches, is very well equipped, he did a first class job, complete overhaul.
The watch is back to original specifications .. even better, as I observed a deviation of 0.62sec/day on a period of more than 20 days. I believe one could even improve this performance by tuning the buttons .. but I did not try it !
The watch is in a very good shape, no major dings, no major scratches. It is gold capped, everything is original including the crystal (Omega logo present). I believe it dates from the ‘70ties.
Dimensions are : 37,5 x 37,7mm, thickness is 11,8mm
I am proposing the watch at 865.€, shipping not included
Shipping in EU is 16.€, ROW to be determined
