Hi all, I just bought a vintage soccer timer that has come back from servicing (pictures to follow, at some point). With serial number in tow I went to Omega’s ‘Extract of the Archives’ section of their website but it says the service is temporarily suspended and expected to resume in summer 2019.

Does anybody have any detail on this, and whether it is really expected back soon or not?

My understanding is, it’s due to moving to the new museum. So it should be back soon.

You won't get a refund if mouvement doesn't match the case like before.

New drop-down menu to tell them what hand the watch originally came with... so the EOA confirms the current watch configuration... ?
