In 1981, Omega released the world's first two-sided Reverso watch, unlike JLC which only had one side. Omega Reverso Equinoxe had a classic analog and LCD dial. The LCD side had 5 functions. 1. The first and the most important is of course the display hours, minutes, seconds or dates in a European (24h) or British (AM / PM). 2. Countdown timer (12h) 3. Alarm (24h) 4. Chronograph 5. As befits the LCD, a melody. Changing the display consists of pushing the envelope to the right, turning it and re-inserting it in place. I have been hunting for this model for a long time and finally managed to buy it a few days ago. Peace Out! Photos from internet, still waiting for package.
I’ll add more photos in the future, mayba a video. On YouTube are only two low quality video with him. Stay Tuned
I owned one of these many years ago. Beautiful watch to wear but very small on the wrist. I always wore it on the analogue side and it was always admired by friends. When I went to sell however I found that the market rot this watch is very limited and it took a very long time to sell and even then at a good loss to me. Enjoy.
Wow, no offense to anyone else, but that’s one of the coolest things I’ve seen on here. I know nothing about it. Looks fantastic as well. Congrats on your acquisition.
This is stunning Kokito, what a fantastic purchase.... Congratulations (although this was some time ago now lol) Did you ever do a video review of this?
This is from my birth year! I’m on the hunt for one. So great. A wonderfully interesting piece. Fingers crossed I find a good one.
