This one with the bracelet has an engraving on the back ...

In Japan, when a hole-in-one is achieved in golf, for some reason, the person who achieves it may send a congratulatory gift to a golfing friend or other person as a memento. (There is even hole-in-one insurance for that!).
Perhaps the engraving on the back is a commemorative engraving of the hole-in-one. The name is the name of the person who made the hole-in-one, and the date is either the day you made the hole-in-one or the day you gave this watch to your friend as a memento.

I don't know much about ELECTROGOLF.
There have been a few ELECTROGOLFs sold on Yahoo Auctions in the past.
I agree with you and think it is a variant of F300.
I guess I just changed ELECTQOUARTZ to ELECTROGOLF.

It's a handsome watch, but I think I'd get annoyed reading that word 'Electrogolf' every time I looked at the dial. It seems to date from that innocent period in marketing where you just combined two features of a product into a new word. 'Ladymatic' is another, but I think that's so bad that it's good.

I've had one of these in hand. It is just a f300 variant, nothing special. The one I saw was a Japanese import so I guess as noted above they were a thing there for lucky or unlucky golfers.

Maybe Electrogolf is what they thought we'd all be playing in 2021?

The case back engraving of "Omega Hole in One", haven't we seen that on Genve Chronostops in the past?

I've seen them on yahoo japan. I am pretty sure it is a different branding for F300 series tuning fork watches. They are scarce, but nothing special besides the name.
