Hi everyone, I was hoping that someone might be able to give me some advice on a Omega Dynamic.
I have been offered one to buy which is in mint condition with original cigar box and papers. It is a 1998 model and I can buy it for £1400. Just wanted to know if this sounds like a good price.
TIA.

From the description of cigar case I assume you mean a Dynamic iii.
These came in different flavours (chrono, 3 hander or even targa floria),what about about general condition? working? when serviced? whether on bracelet, with tritium lume etc. Etc.
As already advised you need to show some photos and then we have half a chance to give an opinion.

Here's a link to a recent sale by a very respected and established OF member to give you some food for thought on the kind of things to look for. (Full disclosure - I was the grateful buyer 😉)

It is pricey for a 3 hander IMO. It has the tin but I dont see a warranty card so not quite a full set. I think that's over by £300-400. Service history will have a bearing on value too, if none I'd be lower still. Note that strap is not original to the model so that is another negative.

I have one so would be tempted to talk them up rather than down, but then I'm never selling so what would be the point 😀

Thanks for the info.
Note in light of the strap and possibly missing parts of the set I've gone back further still since you quoted me...

As already said
Strap not original to the watch, no bracelet and warranty card holder and card missing I assume.
The tin is a nice to have although typically for this model it is in mediocre condition..
Dependant on proven service history I think I am in a similar place as Padders £1000 tops.
