Omega DeVille Quartz Presentation Watch with City of Johannesburg Arms

This quartz DeVille presentation watch sold yesterday on a local South African auction site for 1600 ZAR, which is circa USD 107 (I wasn't the purchaser). The watch itself isn't particularly compelling (quartz, gold-plated), but it has a custom printed dial with the City of Johannesburg's previous coat of arms (two rampant antelope and green shield with gold ingots; phased out in 1997) at 9 o'clock. Based on the inscription on the case back, it was a retirement watch. No date on it, but my guess would be mid-1970s. In any event, an interesting, although not particularly valuable, curiosity.
