    Hi im new to the forum i have a deville 861 triple chronograph from the 60s it has a gold dial with white lettering is this unusual all i can see on he net is black on silver ?

    No bought it for parts it has a full strap a 1069 in good condition havent taken the back off was wondering is it a 861 or possibly earlier

    Coinflip, could be a 321 or an 861.

    The reason I asked was it a family piece, send it to Omega. But, if parts, well, get that caseback off!

    Your watch looks like a ref. 145.018, I have a similar version...

    Thanks. It all depends on the movement, have you seen inside or had a watchmaker look at it? If you could find a nice replacement dial (maybe find on eBay) then with a couple of pushers and a service you'd be in great shape!:thumbsup:
