I'm very new to this forum. This is actually my first post. I recently bought this omega from ebay and I want to get some opinion if I purchased something real or franken. I paid roughly 550 usd for this. Thanks in advance. Any comments or criticism is surely appreciated!

    Hello, welcome.

Looks correct and original and generally in good condition, not overly polished with a lightly aged original dial.

The only issue I have is all the crud on the movement, probably from the rusted stem. If the seller says was serviced, they are full of it.

Price a bit high, but not a bad first buy.

Get it serviced before wearing it.

Thank you so much. I feel so much better knowing that what I bought is real and somewhat good for it's price. How much will it cost to get it serviced? Thanks!

Just an FYI, according to the movement serial number this watch is from ~1968, not 1965. In 1965 the dial would have been labeled "Seamaster De Ville"...De Ville wasn't used by itself untill 1967/68.
