Hello and welcome to the forum. Judging by the style, your watch most likely dates to the early 1970s. The De Ville was a line of dress watches for Omega. If you intend to wear the watch, please take it to a vintage watchmaker who can service the mechanical movement inside. There will be several numbers on the movement and inside caseback that will tell you the reference, serial number and caliber. A similar example in 18k can be seen in this page from a 1974 catalog:

    (thanks)

It's not a sought after style so doesn't have a huge value. If it's solid gold, the value will be slightly higher than scrap value. If it's plated, probably around $250-350.

The best way to determine value is to look through completed eBay auctions for watches similar to yours. Try searching for "Omega Deville 1970s" or similar, and see what comes back.
