Dear all, would like to seek for your kind advice. I was recently gifted a vintage omega ( picture below). I have a few questions:
1) Is this a mechanical watch? As what i notice that the watch will stop on its own. Is it because i did not wind it enough?
2) Tips on how to care for watch as such.
Any advice on this is highly appreciated. Thank You!

It appears to be a ladies manual wind watch.

It needs to be wound until you can't turn the crown any more, it should last for at least 24 hours.

It needs to be worn to elegant cocktail parties, and must be taken off and given to your butler before you are pushed into the swimming pool.
