Hello.
New here. Advice needed. Considering it but have not seen it. OK for a 6.25-6.5 wrist? Thank you.

Thank you. My impression too since I estimated 51.5 mm lug to lug, smaller than my wrist diameter of 55 mm but as you said…perhaps too big. Just looking for a rattrapante and this was an interesting option…Thank you again!

If you're keen on a chronograph that fits your wrist better I'd look at something like the manual wind De Ville Prestige Cal 861: https://stories.omegaforums.net/omega-deville-prestige-chronograph-4540-31-00/

The other option worth looking at might be one of the smaller Speedmasters like the Reduced, or something thinner like a 3-hander or vintage chronograph

I own a speedmaster and it fits perfectly. Here I am looking for split second/rattrapante…my other options may include IWC and a few others. The Portuguese Rattrapante is slim and smaller…but twice the price in ebay! The largest watch I own is a blancpain with 43.5 mm with a lug to lug at 50 mm, which is my limit, and it fits well for a dive watch…see pic. A

Yea its just going to be tricky thickness wise in particular, the Cal 33x3 based movement are actually pretty thin but that De Ville case isn't especially in the Rattrapante version, the 7750 based Omegas are quite a bit thicker from memory. Oddly I think the thinnest Omega might be the Speedmaster 311.30.44.51.01.001, which is larger at 44.25mm but has a more wearable case shape
