I received this watch as a gift about a year and a half ago. Wondering if anyone could tell me for certain if it is a fake or not. I suppose it is as most luxury brands use roman numerals.

The best way is to take it to an Omega AD and ask them, we can't tell as easily on these models due to them being quartz

While any brand Luxury or not may use Roman numerals on some models, that statement is completely untrue. How did you get such an idea? In fact, I would guess Roman numerals are in the minority behind Arabic numerals and various other ornamental metal markers.

It would be helpful to see larger images, including the back and inside.

Most of the luxury watches I have seen, sorry I misspoke. I took a picture of the inside back plate and inside the watch.

The Cal 1532 Quartz movement looks correct for that watch, as does the caseback. Its not a very expensive watch for an Omega but it looks legit as far as I can tell.
