Anything after 2005 or so should be C and after 2011 or so D spec. That looks like a recent variant, if so it’ll be D. Any Omega using the 14 digit PIC code like there should likely be new enough to avoid A or B spec I would have thought.

You can't directly but try a google search on the PIC code or model name (De Ville Prestige) to see if any of the media picked up on the launch and reviewed it. That will give you a rough date, but I know from experience that the style of DV you show in your link isn't more than a few years old. As I say, the fact it has the 14 digit code, in itself shows it must be a C or later and in fact my money is on that watch having D spec.
