I am curious to see if my thoughts are correct on this de ville. It states the dial is original but it looks way to fresh in my opinion. What do you think of this de ville? I already noticed there is a nick in the ring on the left side. Bracelet stated to be original.

It looks like a perfect watch, am i beeing to optimistic?

 

Looks right to me. I have one similar era, same look.

I'm no expert but the the dial seems to be missing the lume dots at the outer end of the hour markers. Check out this example I picked from the internet.

 

The difference being that the watch in the OP hasn't got lumed hands - yours has as lume inlays in the hands (and "T's" on the dial too), so I think it is just fine.

I have watches 20 years older than this one that looks just as good - and the construction of the front loading DeVille is much more safe from the elements than most older constructions, so I don't see any issues

 

Looks like someone trimmed those end links for a Cosmic. With their teeth.

 

You dont think the bracelet and housing are originaly a set?

 

No, the end-links are incorrect for this case.
