i bought a new Omega Seamaster Planet ocean and the date doesn’t seem to change over when I turn the hands around 24 hours. This is the 39.5mm model so it has a quick change date function and that works fine but it doesn’t roll over at the end of the day either. Anyone have any answers? I’m really worried cause I’ve had the watch only for a couple of months. Should I take it to an omega boutique?

First we need to see a decent picture of the watch.

    Where did you buy it?
    Has this just started happening?

Best solution, take it to the place you bought it from.

Run, do not walk to wherever you bought it and return it.

Hi Charlie here what does the lettering say between the 6pm hour marker? And if you could take a picture of the caseback that could help.

Thanks I have a iPhone 6s and it stinks. I wonder if those are smudges between 4pm and 6pm or water damage inside? Probably smudges.

The watch needs a good wipe though to get rid of all those smudges from your fingers...

I would take it to the boutique to get more info . It may need service. Whoever sold it to you likely new of the issue so contact them if refund is an option.
