    The 4 pink gold crowns appear to be dustproof crowns for pink gold 28.10 models and the container they came in states 4.45mm diameter with 2.29mm Open. My old watch:

    The 2 stainless were listed as for 30T2 Models with diameter 6.1mm and 2.45mm open.
