Omega crown advice

Hello fellow omega enthusiastic,s i have a omega deville day date automatic with the movement 752 calibre 106.053 it started to loose time so i put it in for a service at my local jewellers but when I've getting it back they have replaced the crown but not with a genuine omega which i wasn't happy with so i asked the question why not and they said been a old watch its hard to get one so i wasn't happy at all i would like to know if so can you still get one and if so model number and size of the crown and from where many thanks.

Hello

The question is why did they have to replace the crown? damaged? You should, at least, get the original crown back.

wouldn't the ref be 166.053 and not 106.053? Can you show us a picture of the bezel, the inner side.

Yes sorry you may be right 166.053 and for some reason I've tried to take a photo and download it but it wont let me.

Answered in PM question the OP sent me before I saw this thread. Crown is available - 069ST42527.

I've seen one on chrono24 this crown number 069ST42527 but it says it should fit cali 168.022 year of production 2007 would this be the same as my 166.053?
